Volkswagen Polo organization in India has formally responded to the NGT green courtroom's ruling almost about the Dieselgate emissions scandal. The German automaker has been requested to deposit an amount of Rs one hundred crore with the principal pollution control Board or CPCB with regards to the use of cheat gadgets that allowed vehicles to pass emissions checks. Responding to the ruling, a Volkswagen organization spokesperson stated, "The Volkswagen institution is compliant with emission norms defined in India. The institution is yet to receive a copy of the order from the NGT. The Volkswagen institution in India will overview the order and in the end venture the same."
